John Branch, III Named Partner at Shanahan Law Group

RALEIGH, N.C. —Shanahan Law Group is pleased to announce that John Branch, III has been named a partner with the firm. Branch, who first joined Shanahan Law Group in 2007, concentrates his practice in the areas of complex business litigation and appeals.

Branch has a great deal of experience in both federal and state courts, working with matters involving business, commercial, and employment litigation. His experience includes cases at both the trial court and appellate level concerning matters such as contract disputes, business torts, shareholder disputes, unfair business practices, and employment non-competition agreements. He also advises clients on various business and employment issues. In addition to his business practice, Branch represents a number of North Carolina public charter schools.
