Brandon Neuman named partner at Shanahan Law Group, PLLC
RALEIGH, N.C. — Brandon Neuman has been named a partner in Shanahan Law Group, PLLC, founder Kieran J. Shanahan announced today. Neuman has been with Shanahan Law Group since 2005. His practice includes all aspects of business and commercial litigation and arbitration in federal and state courts, including contract disputes, business torts, corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, intellectual property litigation and commercial arbitration.

Brandon Neuman began his legal career as in-house litigation counsel to the Fortune 500 Company, Gateway, Inc., in San Diego, California, where he handled an extensive caseload involving complex commercial litigation, including class actions. He later joined the nationally known Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard and Smith firm, where he continued to handle cases involving complex commercial litigation. Brandon has received an AV® Peer Review Rating (preeminent) from the Martindale Hubbell International Law Directory and was named to the “Super Lawyers – Rising Stars” list in the areas of Business Litigation and Employment/Labor in both 2010 and 2011. Brandon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with honors, from Arizona State University in 1997. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 2000, with Dean’s Honors.
