Brandon Neuman of Shanahan Law Group selected for Leadership Raleigh 2009

RALEIGH, NC – Brandon Neuman, an attorney with Shanahan Law Group, PLLC, has been accepted into the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s 2009 Leadership Raleigh program. Leadership Raleigh is a nine-month program that prepares selected candidates to take on leadership roles and engage in sustained community involvement.

“Brandon Neuman is an up-and-coming leader, both within our firm and the community as a whole,” said Kieran Shanahan, principal of Shanahan Law Group. “On behalf of our entire firm, I congratulate Brandon on his acceptance into Leadership Raleigh.”

Leadership Raleigh participants get a bird’s-eye view of community issues, develop the leadership skills necessary to assume leadership roles and are exposed to community involvement opportunities. Participants study the qualities that make an effective leader, analyze individual leadership roles and develop personal leadership styles and skills. They are then challenged to apply their talents by joining professional associations, civic clubs, public boards and commissions. Participation is open to persons living in the Raleigh/Wake County area who are members in good standing of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. A selection committee reviews all applications and selects those individuals who represent a broad cross-section of the community. Applicants must show demonstrated leadership ability and/or potential, community interest and involvement and the desire to assume expanded community responsibility.
