RALEIGH, N.C. – Shanahan Law Group, PLLC is pleased to announce that attorney Jeffrey M. Kelly has been appointed to the North Carolina Bar Association Antitrust and Complex Business Law Disputes Section Councilfor a three-year term beginning on July 1, 2018.

The Antitrust and Complex Business Law Disputes Section is concerned with assessing issues related to complex commercial and business litigation, including antitrust and trade regulation, class actions, and business torts.
