Shanahan Law Group, PLLC Associate Jeffrey M. Kelly was recently interviewed for the Law Technology Now podcast, which features key players in the legal technology community to highlight the top trends and developments in the legal world. Kelly discussed with host Dan Rodriguez how the pandemic has led to significant paradigm shifts in the business of law, administration of courts, and the changes in the legal landscape in North Carolina.

Jeffrey M. Kelly is the Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Future of Law Committee, which is responsible for exploring the impact of emerging technology on the practice of law. Kelly serves as an advisory member to the North Carolina State Bar’s Regulatory Change Committee. Kelly is also a Council Member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section and its Appellate Practice Section. Kelly’s legal practice is concentrated in areas of complex business litigation, internal investigations and outside corporate counsel services, including corporate and securities litigation, trade secret and intellectual property protection, data security and unfair trade practices.
