RALEIGH, N.C. – John E. Branch, III, an attorney with Shanahan Law Group, PLLC, was recently named General Counsel for the North Carolina Republican Party. Branch is a graduate of Smithfield-Selma High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 and graduated from the UNC School of Law in 2004.
